I will send you an online contract and an invoice that can be paid via credit card or Venmo. If your session is more than 6 months away, you have the option to split your payment in two. Otherwise your session cost is due in full at time of booking.

Your session cost includes travel up to 30 miles from 52403. I will charge a mileage fee after 30 miles. During the busier summer and fall seasons, weekend availability may be limited to Cedar Rapids sessions only in order to accommodate as many families as possible on the weekend.

Yes. Every session I shoot is all-inclusive, meaning the final price includes your edited, digital images. You will receive all of the best from your session, lightly retouched for color correction and blemishes. The quantity of images you receive is based on the type of shoot you are booking.

You will receive your photos within 2-3 weeks of our shoot, depending on the season or if it falls around any holidays. If you have a deadline, like ordering holiday cards or a birthday invite, please let me know and I will do my best to get images back in time for your occasion.

You are able to order prints directly through your gallery. These are high quality prints with beautiful color and ship directly to you. You are also welcome to print through your favorite lab. I always recommend a matte finish and some favorite places to print are Artifact Uprising, Smallwood, Mpix, or yes - even Shutterfly sometimes does the trick and might better fit your budget. Regardless, please, please print and bring them to life outside your phone!

I have been a photographer for 15 years. My husband and I were wedding photographers for ten of those years. When we had our son, I started exclusively photographing families so I could enjoy more time with my own family. I’m used to working with large groups of people, can take gorgeous photos in any type of light or location, and can match your kids’ energy well.

Every family session includes a style guide with shoppable links. When we decide on location, I can help you curate outfits based on your preferences and what photographs the best based on where your session is. I’m happy to provide as much guidance as you need.
